About the Internship
We are seeking AI Research Intern to work on agentic AI workflows and machine-learningbased design automation. This role is purely computer-science focused and offers two independent technical tracks under one internship.
Track 1: Agentic AI & Workflow Systems
Work on building AI agents that plan, validate, and execute complex workflows using structured reasoning and tools.
Skills
Python, REST APIs, JSON schemas
LLMs, prompt engineering, tool calling
MCP servers
Workflow orchestration (LangChain-style, n8n, custom)
Track 2: Machine Learning / Deep Learning for Design Automation
(ML Deep Learning Optimization Research-to-Code)
Work on ML-based design and optimization systems inspired by neural network and other deep learning tools.
Skills
Machine learning fundamentals
Deep learning (PyTorch / TensorFlow)
Regression, optimization, surrogate modeling
Ability to read and implement research papers
