Role & Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end lateral hiring for AI/LLM roles—sourcing, screening, and closing top-tier engineers, researchers, and product leads across India.
• Design and execute high-volume campus recruitment drives for AI/ML talent, partnering with top-tier engineering institutions.
• Build and maintain pipelines for niche AI specializations: NLP, computer vision, LLM fine-tuning, RAG, and agent architectures.
• Leverage AI-powered ATS tools and Boolean search to identify passive candidates and reduce time-to-hire.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to craft role-specific evaluation frameworks and interview playbooks tailored for AI roles.
• Drive candidate experience excellence—from outreach to offer acceptance—ensuring brand reputation and referral growth.
