Hiring: AI Lead / Head of Applied AI (Founding Team)

Hyreo is building an AI-first recruiting platform to automate the complete hiring lifecycle — from sourcing to onboarding using agentic workflows, conversational AI, and real-time intelligence.

We are looking for an AI Lead / Head of Applied AI to join our founding team and drive end-to-end AI initiatives across the platform. This is a high-ownership builder role for someone passionate about building AI-native products from 0→1.

What You'll Do:

• Architect and build AI-first systems across the platform

• Design and deploy LLM-powered solutions (RAG, agents, conversational AI)

• Build agentic workflows across the recruiting lifecycle

• Integrate AI deeply into the core SaaS platform

• Define evaluation frameworks, guardrails, and reliability systems

• Lead and scale a high-impact AI engineering team

• Work directly with enterprise customers to solve real-world problems

What We're Looking For:

• 6–10 years of overall experience

• Strong end-to-end AI development experience

• 2+ years building AI-first / AI-native products

• Hands-on expertise in:

• LLM frameworks
• RAG architectures
• Agentic systems
• Python-based AI development
• Production-grade AI deployments
• • Good understanding of scalable SaaS architectures
• • Builder mindset with strong ownership and product thinking
• • Startup experience (0→1 or 1→10 journey preferred)
