Description

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on AI Lead to drive the design, development, and deployment of advanced data science and artificial intelligence solutions.
This role requires a strong technical background combined with leadership capabilities to guide a team of data scientists and ML engineers while actively contributing to model development and innovation.
As an AI Lead, you will be responsible for translating business problems into scalable AI/ML solutions, building predictive and prescriptive models, and ensuring their successful integration into production systems.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and business stakeholders to deliver impactful, data-driven outcomes.
Key responsibilities include developing and optimizing machine learning models, leading end-to-end data science projects, establishing best practices for experimentation and model evaluation, and ensuring robust data pipelines.
You will also mentor team members, conduct code and model reviews, and stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI and data science.
The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience with Python, machine learning frameworks (such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn), and data manipulation tools.
Experience with deep learning, NLP, or computer vision is highly desirable.
Familiarity with cloud platforms, MLOps, and deploying models at scale is essential.
You should possess excellent problem-solving skills, a strong understanding of statistics and algorithms, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
