Experience

• 8+ years in Software Engineering
• Minimum 2+ years hands-on experience in Generative AI / LLM implementation
  
  

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced AI Lead Engineer to lead an enterprise-wide AI-Enabled Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) pilot initiative. The role will focus on evaluating, implementing, and optimizing AI-powered development tools and autonomous coding agents across the software engineering lifecycle.

The candidate will partner with development teams to establish scalable AI-enabled SDLC practices that improve developer productivity, software quality, testing effectiveness, documentation quality, and overall engineering efficiency.

Key Objectives

• Establish an enterprise AI-enabled SDLC framework.
• Evaluate AI coding assistants and autonomous agents.
• Define governance, security, and risk management practices.
• Measure productivity, quality, and cost improvement opportunities.
• Create reusable implementation blueprints.
• Drive developer adoption and AI enablement initiatives.
• Build standards and best practices for AI-assisted engineering.
