What You'll Actually Do
- Build and improve AI agents that go beyond a single channel or use case whether it's booking appointments, sending payment links, reminding customers, or reviewing how your human team is performing, the scope is broad and keeps growing
- Integrate and tune STT and TTS pipelines for low-latency, natural-sounding conversations
- Work with LLMs not only to design prompts and conversation flows but also to ship fully working features by building other backend capabilities.
- Help set up observability. You track where calls go wrong, where agents hallucinate, and where latency spikes
Who You Are
- A recent graduate in CSE with AI/ML experience or equivalent experience
- You have solid programming experience in Node.js and Python. If you know Go then it is a bonus
- You've built a working project that has touched real users using AI capabilities.
- Bonus: If you've done a proper internship before.
- If you've played with RAG or vector databases, that's a bonus
- You don't wait to be unblocked; when something isn't documented, you dig in, try things, and figure it out
- You care about whether the thing works for a real person, not just whether the tests pass
