Role Description
We are seeking an AI Strategy & Solutions Manager for a full-time, on-site role based in Hauz Khas, New Delhi.
The AI Strategy & Solutions Manager will be responsible for identifying opportunities to leverage artificial intelligence across the organisation's products, services, operations, and client engagements. This role will work closely with leadership, business teams, and external partners to conceptualise, develop, and implement AI-powered solutions that address business challenges, create new revenue opportunities, and drive innovation.
The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking, business acumen, product innovation, and a strong understanding of emerging technologies. They should be comfortable moving from ideation to execution and translating technology capabilities into practical, scalable solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities to apply AI across products, services, business processes, and client engagements.
- Conceptualise, develop, and implement AI-powered solutions that create measurable business value.
- Work with internal teams and external technology partners to build and launch innovative products and offerings.
- Evaluate emerging technologies, tools, and platforms and recommend relevant applications.
- Lead pilot projects and proof-of-concept initiatives from strategy through implementation.
- Collaborate with client-facing teams to design AI-led solutions that address client objectives and business challenges.
- Develop product roadmaps, implementation plans, and go-to-market strategies for AI-enabled offerings.
- Explore opportunities to commercialise AI-powered products, services, and solutions.
- Drive adoption of AI tools and workflows across internal functions to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Conduct workshops and training programmes to build awareness and capabilities across teams.
- Define metrics and frameworks to measure the effectiveness and business impact of initiatives.
- Stay informed about advancements in artificial intelligence, automation, analytics, and related technologies.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of artificial intelligence, generative AI, automation technologies, and their business applications.
- Experience in strategy, product development, innovation, consulting, digital transformation, or technology-driven business roles.
- Ability to identify business opportunities and translate them into scalable solutions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration abilities.
- Experience working across multiple functions and managing cross-functional initiatives.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience developing or implementing AI-powered products, platforms, or services.
- Familiarity with AI tools, workflow automation platforms, APIs, and emerging technologies.
- Understanding of the communications, media, publishing, marketing, research, or consulting landscape and how technology can enhance content, engagement, insights, and client outcomes.
- Exposure to communications, media, publishing, consulting, education, research, or professional services organisations.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation, experimentation, and creating commercially viable solutions.
