Project Role : AI Infrastructure Architect

Project Role Description : Architect and build custom Artificial Intelligence (AI) infrastructure/hardware solutions. Optimize AI infrastructure/hardware performance, power consumption, cost and scalability of computational stack. Advise on AI infrastructure technology and vendor evaluation, selection and full stack integration.

Summary:

As an AI Infrastructure Architect, a typical day involves designing and constructing tailored Artificial Intelligence infrastructure and hardware solutions that meet specific organizational needs. This role requires continuous evaluation and enhancement of the performance, power efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and scalability of the computational environment supporting AI workloads. The position also entails providing expert guidance on emerging AI infrastructure technologies, assessing potential vendors, and overseeing the seamless integration of full-stack solutions to ensure robust and future-ready AI systems.

  • Responsible for team decisions.
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
  • Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align AI infrastructure strategies with business objectives.
  • Drive innovation by identifying opportunities to enhance infrastructure capabilities and streamline operational processes.

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
  • Strong understanding of IT service management principles and best practices.
  • Experience in managing and optimizing IT service workflows and processes.
  • Ability to analyze and improve service delivery through automation and integration.
  • Skilled in coordinating with multiple teams to ensure effective service management and support.

Additional Information:

  • The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
  • This position is based at our Gurugram office.
  • A 15 years full time education is required.
