Roles & Responsibilities:

Build and maintain the core AI, cloud, platform, and infrastructure capabilities. These foundations enable the various portfolios to scale effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive Portfolio Enablement by ensuring adoption of AI, cloud, platform, and infrastructure capabilities across portfolios.

• Build Software-Centric Engineering Capability by ensuring capability readiness and driving solution adoption across teams.

• Ensure Delivery Excellence by maintaining high customer satisfaction and consistent quality performance.

• Improve Engineering Productivity through reuse, automation, and measurable productivity gains.

• Establish Strategic Differentiation by building thought leadership and strengthening market relevance.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of proven experience in building cloud, platform, infrastructure, or DevOps organizations.

• Strong understanding of AI infrastructure and platform ecosystems.

• Track record in capability and platform development with ability to drive standardization and reuse.

• Strong technology leadership capabilities and delivering business outcomes.
