Key Responsibilities:
- Audit every team's workflow. Sit with customer care, accounts, ops, fleet, marketing, etc. Understand what they actually do day-to-day, where time goes, where mistakes happen, where decisions get made. You will spend the first 30–45 days mostly listening and mapping.
- Identify high-value AI implementations. Not let's add a chatbot. Specific, measurable problems where AI changes the cost, quality, or speed of output. Write a one-pager per initiative with the problem, the proposed solution, expected impact (with numbers), and effort.
- Build and deploy. Use Claude Code, Claude Cowork, Claude agents via API, or other tools to actually ship the solution. Working systems used by the team in production, not pilots that get abandoned after a demo.
- Train the team to use what you build. Documentation, walkthroughs, hand-holding, internal sessions. The implementation is only successful if the team uses it on a Monday morning without messaging you first.
- Measure and iterate. For each implementation, track what actually changed — time saved per person, error rate dropped, tickets resolved per agent, etc. If the number did not move, scrap it and try again. We will not keep tools alive on aesthetics.
What we need from you
- Practical, shipped experience with Claude tools
- Fundamental thinking
- Experience - 0-2 years
This role is not for you if
- You want to write strategy decks and have someone else execute.
- You see AI as a vision/buzzword exercise rather than an engineering and operations problem.
- You cannot write or modify code yourself.
- You need a clear, pre-defined roadmap before starting. You will define the roadmap here.
