About the Role

As an AI Human Resource Business Partner, you will play a key role in shaping employee journeys, driving engagement initiatives, improving internal communication, and introducing modern AI-powered solutions to enhance HR effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
Employee Experience & Engagement
- Lead and execute employee engagement activities, celebrations, culture initiatives, and workplace events
- Anchor and host internal engagement programs, town halls, fun activities, and team-building initiatives
- Build strong employee relationships through regular interactions, feedback sessions, and on-ground engagement
- Support employee wellbeing, morale-building, and culture enhancement initiatives
- Collaborate with managers and teams to improve employee satisfaction and workplace experience
- Support employee relations activities and assist employees with day-to-day HR support
AI, HR Tech & Innovation
- Explore and implement AI-powered tools to improve HR communication, engagement, reporting, and employee support
- Use AI platforms for content creation, survey analysis, engagement campaigns, presentations, and workflow automation
- Create engaging internal communication creatives, posters, newsletters, presentations, and employee campaigns using digital and AI-assisted tools
- Support HR automation and digitization initiatives to improve process efficiency and employee experience
- Assist in building HR dashboards, engagement reports, and employee feedback analytics
- Stay updated on emerging HR technologies, AI trends, and modern workplace practices
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
- 0–4 years of experience in HR, Employee Engagement, People Operations, HR Tech, or related roles
- Strong interest in employee experience, workplace culture, AI tools, and modern HR technologies
- Comfortable using tools such as ChatGPT, Canva, PowerPoint, HRMS platforms, survey tools, and AI-based content platforms
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Creative mindset with strong execution and coordination skills
- Confident, energetic, approachable, and adaptable in a fast-paced work environment
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives with high ownership and attention to detail
