Role: AI Growth Marketing Intern (1-Month | Remote)

We're looking for an AI-native Growth Marketing Intern who understands how to use AI as a force multiplier for visibility, outreach, lead generation, and execution.

This is not a passive watch and learn internship. You'll work directly with the founders on real outreach systems, discoverability initiatives, AI-assisted workflows, and growth operations from day one.

What You'll Work On

Lead Generation & Outreach

• Researching target companies and prospects
• Supporting cold email and LinkedIn outreach
• Personalizing messaging using AI-assisted workflows
• Maintaining lead pipelines and follow-ups
• Improving outreach systems and operational workflows

Discoverability & Visibility

• SEO and AEO (AI Answer Engine Optimization)
• Improving service pages and landing pages
• Keyword and topic research
• Competitor visibility analysis
• Structuring content for stronger discoverability across search engines and AI assistants

AI-Assisted Content & Execution

• Outreach copy and email sequences
• Blog and landing page drafts
• LinkedIn repurposing
• Case-study formatting
• Workflow documentation and operational support

The focus is execution, visibility, discoverability, and practical growth systems.

Work Style & Expectations

• Remote, flexible, and task-based
• Expected commitment: 3–4 hours/day, 5 days/week
• Fast-moving startup environment
• Direct collaboration with founders
• Strong communication and responsiveness are NON-NEGOTIABLE
• Comfort in speaking English in an international environment
