We are looking for a passionate, result-driven, and future-ready Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our online marketing strategies across various channels — including social media, email, SEO, paid advertising, and the rapidly evolving landscape of AI-powered search and content discovery.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct on-page and off-page SEO to improve website rankings across traditional and AI-driven search engines
- Implement Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) strategies to ensure brand content appears in AI-generated answers, featured snippets, and voice search results
- Execute Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) practices to optimize content for AI tools like ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Perplexity, and Microsoft Copilot
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Google, and emerging AI-native platforms
- Manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads with a focus on performance and ROI
- Run A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and email subject lines to improve conversion rates
- Manage and grow the company's social media presence with a mix of human-led storytelling and AI-assisted content production
- Use AI writing and creative tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Canva AI, Adobe Firefly) to accelerate content creation without losing brand voice
- Coordinate with design and content teams to develop creatives and campaign assets
- Develop content structured for machine readability — FAQs, schema-rich formats, summaries, and authoritative lists that AI systems prefer to cite
- Run email marketing campaigns, build automation flows, and track performance
- Leverage AI-powered personalization and segmentation in email and CRM workflows
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics (GA4), Search Console, and AI-enhanced dashboards
- Monitor brand visibility in AI-generated search results (SGE, Perplexity, Gemini) and measure GEO/AEO performance
Requirements
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing
- Working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, email marketing, and social media platforms
- Familiarity with AEO and GEO concepts — understanding how AI engines surface and rank content
- Experience with tools like Google Analytics (GA4), Search Console, Semrush / Ahrefs / Ubersuggest
- Hands-on experience with AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Google Gemini, or equivalent for content, research, and campaign ideation
- Basic understanding of structured data and schema markup for AI-readability
- Basic understanding of CMS
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously
Good to Have
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools like Zoho Campaigns, Mailchimp, or HubSpot
- Experience with prompt engineering for marketing use cases (content creation, ad copy, audience research)rework
- Familiarity with voice search optimization and conversational content strategies
- Google, Meta, or HubSpot AI Marketing certification(s) is a plus
- Understanding of B2B/B2C marketing funnels, particularly in SaaS or IT services contexts
- Exposure to AI-driven analytics platforms or predictive campaign tools
