The Role
- Report directly to the Founder; operate alongside a lean team of 4.
- Own the outbound growth engine end-to-end — account selection to revenue impact — using ABM, large-scale list creation, sales enablement, and AI-native nurturing.
- Own the Recur brand and Bharat Ke Super Founders (BKSF) — our startup show on Amazon MX Player.
- This is a pipeline and brand role. You're accountable for lead quality, conversion, revenue influence, and brand equity — not campaigns or vanity metrics.
What You'll Do
1. Own the full-funnel outbound engine
- Run and optimise the entire outbound funnel — account selection, engagement, nurturing, conversion.
- Own ABM performance and pipeline-influence targets.
- Design automated, scalable journeys while keeping tone and storytelling distinctly human.
2. Build and operate large-scale outbound programs
- Create and manage high-quality lists via research, scraping, enrichment, and segmentation.
- Continuously refine ICPs, personas, and account prioritisation.
- Partner with Sales and the Founder so outbound drives qualified opportunities and revenue.
3. Own lead scoring, routing and conversion
- Build a lead-scoring and prioritisation engine across inbound and outbound.
- Ensure the right leads reach the right reps at the right time.
- Work with Sales to improve follow-up speed, messaging relevance, and conversion rates.
4. Own the Recur brand
- Sharpen and carry the narrative: who we are, and why Think Debt, Think Recur becomes the default for founders and lenders.
- Build a consistent brand across website, content, social, PR, and events.
5. Drive Bharat Ke Super Founders (BKSF)
- Own the brand, distribution, and growth engine behind our founder's show on Amazon MX Player.
- Turn BKSF into a top-of-funnel and category-building flywheel for Recur.
6. Use AI as a force multiplier (not a gimmick)
- Build AI-native systems — Clay, n8n, APIs, agents — that run the pipeline on autopilot. Not ChatGPT prompts.
- Apply AI to scale personalised nurturing, research, account intelligence, and lead enrichment.
- Use AI workflows for content repurposing, personalised messaging, and video snippets.
- Constantly experiment to improve efficiency, relevance, and response rates — while maintaining high quality.
You might be a fit if:
- 5+ years in B2B marketing (fintech a plus), with ownership of revenue-linked KPIs, not just campaigns.
- You're comfortable across brand, content, demand gen, and sales enablement, and can balance brand-building with short-term pipeline.
- You actively use AI for research, content, and nurturing, while keeping strategy, judgment, and creativity human-led.
- You thrive working hands-on with founders, product, and sales in a fast-moving, high-ownership, early-stage environment.
