We are looking for a highly resourceful AI Generalist who loves experimenting with AI tools, building automations, creating systems, and solving business problems using modern AI technologies.
This is a hands-on execution role for someone who wants to work at the intersection of AI, business, marketing, operations, and growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesAI & Automation
- Build and manage AI workflows using tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Make, Zapier, n8n, and similar platforms.
- Create automations that improve internal productivity and business operations.
- Develop AI-powered solutions for content creation, lead management, customer support, and reporting.
Research & Problem Solving
- Conduct market, competitor, and industry research using AI tools.
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes through AI.
- Test and evaluate emerging AI products and technologies.
Content & Growth Support
- Generate high-quality content using AI for marketing campaigns, landing pages, social media, emails, and educational programs.
- Assist in creating AI-powered growth experiments.
- Support the marketing and business teams with AI-driven execution.
Data & Operations
- Work with spreadsheets, databases, dashboards, and reports.
- Organize and analyze business data.
- Create systems that improve operational efficiency.
AI Implementation
- Train teams on AI tools and best practices.
- Document workflows and create SOPs.
- Assist in implementing AI solutions across departments.
Required Skills
- 1–2 years of professional experience.
- Strong understanding of ChatGPT and modern AI tools.
- Experience with automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, or n8n.
- Excellent internet research skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
- Comfortable working with Google Sheets, Excel, and productivity tools.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with prompt engineering.
- Basic understanding of APIs and integrations.
- Familiarity with Python, SQL, or no-code tools.
- Experience in EdTech, FinTech, AI, or digital businesses.
- Exposure to digital marketing, growth, or content operations.
