CREATE other than influencer marketing and talent management focuses on creating creator-led brand content along with creative IPs. Our clientele is CRED, SCALER, NYKAA, THIRD WAVE COFFEE, and many more... If you think you are creative then you need to be at CREATE. Our core philosophy is helping creators be brands and brands be creators. We mainly deal with two stakeholders, the first one being creators and the second being brands.

Depending on your job role, you will have a larger exposure to one of these two.As the name suggests we call ourselves CREATE - we aim to assist people in CREATing and we want to be the nurturing ground of the next generation of CREATive talents.

About the Role

We are a premium agency focused on building efficient, future-ready systems. As part of our internal team, we are looking for an AI Generalist who can thoughtfully integrate artificial intelligence and modern coding practices into our day-to-day operations.

This is an in-house role designed to strengthen our internal workflows. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities where AI can create leverage, building reliable solutions, and maintaining systems that support our teams at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop AI-enabled internal tools to improve operational efficiency
• Build and maintain automation workflows aligned with internal requirements
• Work with AI models, LLMs, APIs, and coding platforms to solve real business problems
• Translate operational needs into structured, scalable technical solutions
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to understand processes and optimize them
• Ensure performance, reliability, and long-term maintainability of AI systems
• Continuously evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend thoughtful adoption

Required Qualifications:

• Strong programming experience (Python, JavaScript, or similar)
• Hands-on experience working with AI technologies and platforms
• Practical knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI integrations
• Experience building internal tools, automation, or workflow systems
• Ability to work independently with a high level of ownership
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Clear communicator, able to align technical work with business needs
• Must have their own laptop

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in an agency or fast-paced professional environment
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and deployment workflows
• Exposure to low-code/no-code or automation platforms
• Understanding of scalable system design and internal tooling
