We are looking for an
AI Generalist who can work across client operations, recruiting workflows, automation, product coordination, and customer success. This is a high-ownership role for someone who is deeply AI-native, operationally sharp, and excited to build systems rather than just manage tasks.
You will act as the bridge between clients, hiring managers, Scouto's AI recruiter, and our internal product and engineering teams. You should be comfortable wearing multiple hats, moving fast, coordinating with stakeholders, and using AI tools every day to make work faster, smarter, and more scalable.
What you'll do
- Understand hiring requirements from clients and translate them into clear AI-powered hiring campaigns.
- Set up, manage, and optimize hiring workflows inside Scouto's AI recruiting platform.
- Coordinate closely with founders, hiring managers, and client-side stakeholders to ensure hiring campaigns are running smoothly.
- Review AI-generated candidate pipelines, identify the most relevant profiles, and share curated recommendations with clients.
- Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements to sourcing, outreach, screening, and candidate ranking.
- Use AI tools to improve day-to-day operations, including documentation, reporting, communication, workflow creation, and process automation.
- Build lightweight automations, templates, prompts, SOPs, and internal workflows that reduce manual effort.
- Act as the first line of coordination between clients and Scouto's AI recruiter.
- Work with product and engineering teams to communicate client feedback, troubleshoot issues, and suggest product improvements.
- Help improve Scouto's internal operating systems as we scale.
What we're looking for
- 1+ years of experience in one of the following operations, recruiting, customer success, account management, founder's office, business operations, or a similar generalist role.
- Strong experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Perplexity, Notion AI, Zapier, Make, or similar products.
- You are genuinely AI-native — you don't just use ChatGPT sometimes; you actively look for ways to automate, simplify, and improve work using AI.
- Comfortable coordinating with multiple stakeholders, including founders, hiring managers, candidates, clients, and internal teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-changing priorities.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to break messy tasks into repeatable workflows.
- Curious about AI, automation, recruiting, SaaS, and startup operations.
- Excited to work in a fast-moving startup where the role will evolve quickly.

- Comfort with basic no-code or low-code tools.
- Exposure to product operations, implementation, or customer success in a startup.
