Job Description

What you'll do

  • Design and ship LLM-powered features across client products
  • Build retrieval pipelines, evals, and observability
  • Tune and benchmark models for cost, latency, and quality
  • Build voice agents (cold-calling / inbound) end-to-end
  • Stay on top of the rapidly evolving GenAI landscape

What we look for

  • 2+ years building production software
  • Hands-on experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar APIs
  • Comfort with Python, Node.js, Java, or .NET for LLM tooling
  • Working knowledge of vector databases (Pinecone, pgvector, Elasticsearch, MongoDB Atlas)
  • Strong systems thinking — you understand cost, latency, reliability

Nice to have

  • Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar
  • Background in ML or NLP
  • Voice / telephony APIs (Vapi, Twilio, ElevenLabs)
