Role: AI Full Stack Engineer – Digital Engineering
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 3-5 Years
Role Overview
We are building a centralized Digital Engineering team to design, develop, and scale enterprise digital platforms across web, mobile, and data ecosystems.
This role begins with ownership of corporate websites built on a modern headless architecture (Next.js + Strapi) and will evolve to support web applications, internal platforms, BI integrations, and AI-driven solutions.
We are specifically seeking engineers who have actively leveraged Agentic AI tools across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) in the past 12 months to accelerate delivery, improve quality, and reduce defects.
This is not a traditional development role — this is an AI-enabled engineering role.
Key Responsibilities
- Platform Development & Ownership
- Develop and maintain enterprise web platforms using Next.js and TypeScript
- Build and manage content models in Strapi (Headless CMS)
- Create reusable UI components aligned with centralized design systems
- Ensure performance, accessibility, SEO, and security best practices
- Full Stack Engineering
- Design and develop front end, APIs and backend data objects
- Integrate with enterprise systems and third-party tools
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines using GitHub workflows
- Support deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting
- Agile Delivery
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives
- Deliver features in iterative cycles
- Collaborate with design, infra, security, and business stakeholders
- AI-Assisted Engineering
- Use Agentic AI tools to accelerate:
- Code generation and scaffolding
- Test case creation
- Refactoring and documentation
- Rapid POC development
- Continuously improve engineering productivity using automation
- Future Digital Initiatives
- Support development of internal web applications
- Contribute to data visualization / BI integrations
- Participate in future mobile and API-based projects
Primary Skills (Mandatory)
- Strong hands-on experience in Next.js
- Proficiency in TypeScript
- Experience with Strapi CMS
- Experience with GitHub (branching strategy, pull requests, CI/CD)
- Backend development using .NET / Python / Node.js
- Strong understanding of REST APIs
- Familiarity with SSR, SSG, and modern web architecture
Secondary / Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience in Angular
- Backend development using .NET / Python / Node.js
- Experience with Azure or private cloud deployments
- Knowledge of performance optimization
