AI First Senior Tech Lead

This is a full-time remote role for an AI First Senior Tech Lead. As part of the DigitalT3 team, you will be leading the architecture, design, and development of AI-driven solutions to address complex business challenges. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing product development, mentoring engineering teams, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the integration of AI technologies into software solutions. Additionally, you will guide the strategic adoption of emerging technologies and contribute to the continuous improvement of technical processes and systems.

• Strong proficiency in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning methodologies
• Experience with software architecture, system design, and full-stack development
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++; expertise in AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch)
• Leadership and mentorship skills with the ability to guide engineering teams
• Strong problem-solving skills and experience working in highly collaborative, agile environments
• Excellent communication skills to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Proven ability to drive innovation and leverage AI to optimize business processes
