Roles And Responsibilities
AI-Augmented Engineering
- Build backend systems using AI copilots like: GitHub Copilot Cursor ChatGPT
- Use AI for: Code generation Refactoring Test case generation Performance tuning Documentation
- Apply prompt engineering & context engineering to produce production-grade outputs
- Continuously experiment with AI tooling to improve development velocity
Core Backend Engineering
- Design and develop scalable Java backend services
- Architect Microservices using Spring Boot
- Implement REST APIs, transaction management, and concurrency handling
- Work with relational databases and JPA/Hibernate
- Contribute to scalable, cloud-ready systems
AI-Aware System Design
- Design systems that can integrate with AI agents
- Think in automation layers
- Build APIs that are AI-consumable
- Collaborate in building AI-powered enterprise workflows

Job Requirement
Required Skills & Experience
- 25 years strong hands-on Java backend experience
- Deep knowledge of: Core Java Spring Boot Microservices REST APIs SQL databases
- Active daily usage of AI coding assistants
- Working knowledge of: LLM fundamentals (tokens, embeddings, context windows conceptual understanding) Prompt engineering techniques Context management for large codebases
- Strong problem-solving mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Built internal AI tools or automation scripts
- Experience integrating AI APIs into applications
- Exposure to event-driven architecture (Kafka, messaging systems)
- Familiarity with Docker/Kubernetes
