Role Description This is a full-time, on-site AI Filmmaking & Video Editing role based in the Pune Division. The role involves planning and producing video content that showcases YRC's services, client success stories, and educational material for retailers. Responsibilities include end-to-end video production: script collaboration, shooting or sourcing footage, AI-assisted video generation, editing, color grading, and integration of motion graphics and visual elements. The professional in this role will work closely with the marketing and consulting teams to align video content with brand guidelines and campaign goals. Day-to-day tasks also include managing video assets, optimizing content for digital platforms, and maintaining consistent quality and turnaround times.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Production, including planning, shooting, and managing footage.
• Candidates should possess advanced Video Editing skills, with the ability to create smooth, engaging narratives.
• Candidates should possess capabilities in Video Color Grading to ensure consistent and appealing visual styles.
• Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics to design and integrate visual elements, titles, and animations.
• Experience with AI-based video tools or workflows and familiarity with major editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar) is highly beneficial.
• Strong sense of visual storytelling, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
