We're Hiring: AI Filmmakers
Fixed-Term / Project-Based Contract | Kochi
We are looking for AI Filmmakers who can bring together the craft of filmmaking and the possibilities of AI.
This role is for visual storytellers who understand editing, rhythm, composition, mood, cinematic continuity, and the power of emerging AI video tools. You should be someone who can take an idea, work with references, generate strong visuals, shape shots, and assemble them into compelling video content.
What You'll Work On
You will be part of an AI-driven production workflow creating:
- Brand films
- Product videos
- Social media campaigns
- Concept films
- AI-generated cinematic sequences
- Experimental visual content
You will work with AI image and video tools to create characters, environments, shots, moods, and visual sequences, and then shape them into polished edits.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of experience in editing, filmmaking, video production, or post-production
- Strong sense of visual storytelling, pacing, composition, continuity, and cinematic mood
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially:
- Premiere Pro
- After Effects
- Photoshop
- An AI video portfolio / showreel is required
- Ability to work with creative briefs, references, mood boards, shot lists, and visual style guidelines
- Good eye for detail, realism, continuity, and overall visual quality
Good to Have
- Animation experience
- Motion graphics skills
- Basic 3D modelling knowledge
- Experience with tools such as Runway, Kling, Pika, Midjourney, ComfyUI, Stable Diffusion, Veo, or similar AI image/video tools
- Basic understanding of VFX, compositing, color grading, or sound design
Work Mode
This is a fixed-term / project-based contract role with a hybrid working model.
Candidates should be able to come to our Kochi office for project onboarding, creative alignment, reviews, and key production discussions. Remote work may be possible depending on the project and workflow.
