Role Overview:

ATZA Digitally is hiring an AI Filmmaker to join our team of existing Filmmakers. The candidate will own the end-to-end production pipeline for AI-generated micro-series and branded content. We work on multi-episode series productions and need someone who can run & manage a full pre-production and generation workflow independently, accurately, on deadline.

You will work on projects ranging from 20-episode micro-dramas to performance-driven branded content, across platforms including OTT apps and social media.

Key Responsibilities:

• Story arc development from client logline - character, conflict, episode structure
• Screenplay writing in Hindi / Hinglish - scene, dialogue, V.O., and visual notes
• Shot-by-shot breakdowns, timecoded and synced to episode second
• Per-shot AI generation prompts across tools like Higgsfield, Freepik, and Kling
• Frame generation and iteration until output matches the brief
• Visual continuity tracking across multi-episode arcs - character, costume, environment consistency
• Editor handoff packages - shot order, grade notes, sound brief

Skills & Background:

• Filmmaking background, formal or self-taught, but real
• Screenplay writing and full pre-production understanding
• Strong visual writing, scenes a generator can actually use
• Hands-on experience with AI video / image generation tools
