Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AI Expert with over 5+ years of experience in end-to-end AI model development. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) models, hands-on experience with Vertex AI, and a strong background in MLOps and model deployment. The role demands a professional who can take AI projects from concept to production deployment, ensuring robust, scalable, and efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end development of AI models, from defining the scope of work to deployment and monitoring.
• Design, develop, and implement advanced RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) models for diverse use cases.
• Leverage Vertex AI for scalable and efficient model training, deployment, and monitoring.
• Establish and maintain robust MLOps pipelines for continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) of AI models.
• Collaborate with data engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver AI solutions aligned with business goals.
• Optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and reliability in production environments.
• Monitor deployed models for accuracy, drift, and performance, and implement updates as needed.
• Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
• Document processes, models, and architectures thoroughly for knowledge sharing and future reference.

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in end-to-end AI model development.
• Proven expertise in building and deploying RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) models.
• Deep experience with Google Vertex AI for training, deploying, and managing AI models.
• Strong understanding of MLOps principles and tools for automated deployment and monitoring.
• Proficiency in Python and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
• Experience with cloud environments (GCP preferred).
• Strong understanding of data engineering concepts and experience in working with large datasets.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex AI/ML issues.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a UK shift.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in building and deploying conversational AI solutions.
• Familiarity with API development and integration for AI services.
• Knowledge of data privacy and compliance best practices in AI solutions.
