Job Title: AI Ethics Engineer

Experience Range: 8-10 yrs

Required Technical Skills:

• 8-10 years of experience as Product SME / Platform Lead
• Define and implement Responsible AI frameworks across the organization.
• Ensure adherence to ethical AI principles including fairness, transparency, and privacy.
• Establish and support AI governance structures such as ethics councils and oversight roles.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, AI Act)
• Conduct AI risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
• Apply technical safeguards such as bias detection, bias mitigation, and data minimization.

Minimum Qualification: 15 years of full-time education
