About the Role

Voltus AI Academy runs Course 1, a live, 12-week AI engineering program for students headed into the SAP ecosystem, with every project reviewed by working engineers from the VoltusWave team. We need one person to own the instructional core of it: keep the curriculum current, keep assignments and rubrics sharp, and teach the live weekly classes.

What You'll Own

•    Content — Maintain the 12-week curriculum (Filter → LLM App Layer → RAG & Evals → SAP BTP/Joule capstone), and bring weeks 6–12 up to the same depth as the fully-built weeks 1–4.

•    Assignments — Design and update weekly assignments and rubrics, calibrated with the code-review team so what's taught, assigned, and graded stays in sync.

•    Classes — Teach the live weekly sessions, track submission rates, run office hours, and catch struggling students early.

What You Bring

•    Hands-on skill across the stack you'll teach: Python, Git, testing, SQL, APIs, Docker, CI/CD, LLM app development, RAG, and eval harnesses.

•    Comfort with or willingness to quickly learn SAP BTP and SAP's Joule agent tooling.

•    Real teaching, training, or mentoring experience — you can design a rubric and give direct, specific feedback on code.
