Job Description

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence or related field
8+ years in software/AI engineering, with at least 2–3 years in a technical leadership role
Proven track record of leading and delivering AI projects in production environments
Strong knowledge of Generative AI, Machine learning, and data science principles
Expert in Python and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g. Azure, GCP)
Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
Strong understanding of MLOps tools and practices (MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker, etc.)
Solid understanding of system design and software engineering best practices
Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
Analytical mindset with a proactive problem-solving attitude
