Shift: US (EST) Shift (06.30 PM - 03.30 AM IST)

Experience: 7-10 years mandatory

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced AI Engineering & AI Security SME to design, develop, and secure enterprise AI/ML and Generative AI solutions. The role involves building scalable AI applications, implementing secure AI architectures, and ensuring compliance with AI security and governance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deploy AI/ML and GenAI solutions using Python and modern AI frameworks.
• Build LLM, RAG, and AI agent-based applications.
• Implement MLOps, CI/CD, monitoring, and cloud deployment practices.
• Secure AI systems against threats such as prompt injection, data leakage, and adversarial attacks.
• Conduct AI security reviews, risk assessments, and governance activities.
• Collaborate with engineering, cloud, and cybersecurity teams to deliver secure AI platforms.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in Python, AI/ML, and Generative AI technologies.
• Hands-on expertise with Lang Chain, Llama Index, Open AI/Hugging Face, TensorFlow/PyTorch.
• Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, and MLOps tools.
• Good understanding of AI security, OWASP LLM risks, DevSecOps, and compliance standards.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred:

• Certifications in AI, Cloud, or Cybersecurity.
• Experience with enterprise AI deployments and Responsible AI frameworks.
