Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced AI Solutions Specialist to drive the adoption, optimization, and operational success of enterprise AI platforms and digital assistants. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Agents, and Google Cloud Vertex AI, combined with hands-on experience in AI operations, support, monitoring, and user enablement.

This role combines AI Solution Development, AI Operations, LLM Engineering, and Product Support to ensure enterprise AI systems deliver business value at scale.

Key Responsibilities

AI Solutions & Generative AI

• Support and optimize enterprise AI platforms including ChatGPT, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, and internal AI assistants.
• Design and implement prompt engineering strategies to improve AI response quality.
• Manage context window optimization, tool calling, and hallucination mitigation.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify AI-driven automation opportunities.

RAG & Knowledge Systems

• Design and maintain Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
• Develop and manage vector databases, embeddings, semantic search, chunking, and retrieval pipelines.
• Build and optimize enterprise knowledge bases for AI applications.

AI Agent Development

• Develop, deploy, and manage AI agents and agent orchestration workflows.
• Monitor agent performance, drift, governance, and lifecycle management.
• Work with frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, and LangChain.

GCP & Vertex AI

• Build and manage AI solutions using Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Work with Vertex AI, Agent Builder, AI Studio, BigQuery, Cloud Storage, and IAM.
• Support model deployment, monitoring, and performance optimization.

AI Operations & Support

• Monitor production AI systems and ensure high availability.
• Perform incident management, root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution of AI-related issues.
• Support end users and drive successful adoption of AI platforms.

Integrations & Automation

• Develop connectors and integrations with SharePoint, Confluence, Jira, ServiceNow, databases, and internal APIs.
• Build automated workflows using n8n, Power Automate, or similar platforms.
• Develop REST APIs and secure integrations using OAuth and authentication mechanisms.

Analytics & Reporting

• Track AI adoption, user satisfaction, chatbot performance, and operational metrics.
• Create reports and dashboards using SQL, BigQuery, Power BI, Looker, or Excel.

• Strong experience in Generative AI and LLM-based applications.
• Hands-on expertise in RAG implementation and AI Agent development.
• Experience with Vertex AI and Google Cloud Platform.
