We're looking for an
AI Engineer (3–5 years) who is hands-on with Python, LangChain/LangGraph, and AI agent development. This is a full-time, in-office role based in Bengaluru (near MG Road / Church Street Metro).
What You'll Do
- Implement AI agent features and tasks assigned by the senior engineer or project manager using Python and LangChain/LangGraph
- Build, test, and demo features end-to-end — from implementation through to delivery
- Debug production issues across the stack, including backend (Python) and Node.js components
- Participate in client calls with US-based clients; contribute to requirement discussions and scoping
- Collaborate with a lean, cross-functional team and take ownership of assigned deliverables
- Write clean, structured code — independently, without reliance on AI-generated output
Must Haves
- Strong Python proficiency — able to write structured, readable code from scratch
- Working knowledge of LangChain and/or LangGraph — understands the AI agent lifecycle
- Basic Node.js knowledge — can read, debug, and reason through Node code
- Understanding of AI/LLM concepts: agents, RAG, vector databases
- Minimum 3 years of total engineering experience
- Engineering background — diploma, BCA, BSc, MSc, MCA, or equivalent
- Comfortable being client-facing; flexible on timings for US client calls
- Comfortable commuting to the Bengaluru office near MG Road / Church Street Metro
Good to Haves
- Production experience building and deploying AI agents
- React knowledge
- Docker (Kubernetes a bonus
- Health tech or health insurance domain background
- LangSmith or equivalent observability tooling experience
- Startup background — experience working in a lean, high-ownership team
