About the Role:
We are looking for an AI Engineer Trainer/ Faculty with at least 1 year of experience in IT. The ideal candidate should be a full stack developer with a strong backend focus, along with hands-on experience in AI and machine learning, with the ability to build, deploy, and explain real-world solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver hands-on training on AI, full stack development with backend focus, and automation
- Explain concepts through live demos, use cases, and projects
- Assist in building scalable AI-based backend solutions
- Keep sessions practical, industry-focused, and engaging
Qualifications:
- 1 year experience in IT / AI / full stack development (backend-focused)
- Hands-on project experience (AI + backend preferred)
- Ability to teach and explain technical concepts clearly
- Excellent communication skills – English, Bengali, Hindi
Required Skills:
- Full stack developer with strong backend expertise (Node.js, Next.js, Python / JavaScript)
- Experience building and consuming REST APIs
- Version control using GitHub
- Databases: MongoDB / MySQL / PostgreSQL (one or more)
- Good understanding of backend architecture and system design
- Deployment knowledge (cloud / server environments)
Preferred Skills:
- Strong understanding of Machine Learning fundamentals
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, and embeddings
- Prompt Engineering and AI workflow design
- Automation tools (n8n, Google AI Studio, Codex, Claude Code)
- Ability to build AI-integrated backend systems
