AI Engineer

We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in artificial intelligence and machine learning, with a passion for developing innovative solutions that drive business value.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI models and algorithms to solve real-world problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into products.
• Conduct research on the latest AI trends and technologies to keep the company at the forefront of innovation.
• Optimize existing AI models for performance and scalability.
• Analyze and interpret complex datasets to derive actionable insights.
• Document AI processes, methodologies, and findings for future reference.

Skills and Qualifications

4-6 years of applied AI/ML engineering experience.

Strong programming skills in Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).

Proficiency with LLM integration frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Haystack).

Hands-on experience with fine-tuning techniques (LoRA, adapters, instruction tuning).

Familiarity with vector DBs (Chroma, Pinecone, Weaviate, ElasticSearch).

Knowledge of inference optimization (ONNX Runtime, TensorRT, quantization).

Experience with cloud-based AI deployment (Vertex AI, AWS SageMaker, Azure ML).
