About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Intelligent Automation / GENAI Engineer to join our high-performing engineering team. This role is pivotal in designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-grade automation systems and AI-driven solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for building scalable data pipelines, integrating large-scale AI models, and developing production-ready platforms that operate seamlessly across diverse global environments. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in software engineering, cloud technologies, and AI frameworks, with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 to 7 years of professional experience in software development, data engineering, or automation roles. A strong foundation in computer science or engineering is essential. Proven experience in developing and deploying production-grade applications and automation solutions is required. Candidates should have a comprehensive understanding of cloud platforms, data engineering principles, and modern AI/GenAI technologies. Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies is preferred, along with excellent problem-solving and communication skills. A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation systems and AI-powered solutions that meet business requirements.
• Build and optimize data pipelines, workflows, and orchestration frameworks using tools such as Apache Airflow.
• Implement and manage cloud infrastructure leveraging AWS services including EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, and VPC.
• Develop and deploy containerized applications using Kubernetes, ensuring high availability and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models and GenAI frameworks like LangChain and LangGraph into enterprise solutions.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in Python, .NET, C#, and other relevant languages.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices using Terraform to automate provisioning and management of cloud resources.
• Develop CI/CD pipelines using GitLab or similar tools to streamline deployment processes.
• Perform performance tuning, optimization, and troubleshooting of data workflows and automation platforms.
• Stay updated with emerging AI, cloud, and automation technologies, and recommend innovative solutions to improve existing systems.
