Job Description


Job Title: AI Engineer
Location: Pune
Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop AI/GenAI-driven solutions for business applications
  • Build and optimize LLM-based applications using Claude Code and MS Copilot
  • Develop scalable data pipelines and workflows using Python and Spark
  • Integrate AI solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem (Fabric, Copilot)
  • Manage code, deployment, and automation using GitHub and GitHub Actions
  • Collaborate across teams to deliver end-to-end AI solutions and ensure best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in AI/ML or related domains
  • Mandatory Skills:
    • Artificial Intelligence (AI)
    • Claude Code
    • Microsoft Copilot
  • Strong programming skills in Python
  • Experience with Apache Spark and Microsoft Fabric
  • Proficiency in GitHub and CI/CD (GitHub Actions)
  • Knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI workflows
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
