Job Description

Senior AI Engineer

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and deploy autonomous, production-grade AI systems
  • Design RAG pipelines for intelligent document processing
  • Develop multi-agent frameworks for seamless orchestration
  • Create efficient context management for large-scale data
  • Automate dynamic AI workflows for evolving business needs
  • Ensure reliability, scalability, and regulatory compliance
  • Implement performance monitoring for accuracy and relevance
  • Integrate AI agents with core business systems

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years building and deploying agentic AI systems in production
  • Skilled in creating autonomous AI agents using LangGraph, Llamandev, ADK, etc.
  • Deep expertise in RAG architectures, vector DBs, and document pipelines
  • Hands-on with production deployment, monitoring, and optimization
  • Experienced in designing feedback loops and quality metrics for AI improvement
  • Strong grasp of enterprise AI infrastructure and MLOps best practices & committed to AI safety, ethics, and compliance
