Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer to lead technical initiatives and build end-to-end scalable solutions from the ground up. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in React, Node.js, and modern web technologies, along with practical experience integrating AI/ML tools to elevate product functionality. This role requires strong technical leadership, architectural skills, and the ability to mentor teams while delivering innovative, high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Integrate and utilize AI/ML tools (RAG, OpenAI, LLM, TensorFlow, LangChain, Hugging Face) to improve user experiences and automate processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, product, data) to define technical requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical direction for ongoing projects.
• Establish best practices for coding standards, testing, and deployment pipelines.
• Architect and implement systems from scratch, optimizing for scalability and performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in AI.
• Proficiency in Azure AI services and tools, including Azure Machine Learning and Cognitive Services.
• Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with AI/ML tools, APIs, or frameworks (OpenAI API, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain).
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, system architecture, and database design (SQL/NoSQL).
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
