About The Job
We are seeking a skilled and motivated AI Engineer to join our Product & AI team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying artificial intelligence and machine learning models. You will work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to implement intelligent solutions that drive innovation and deliver business value.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy AI/ML models for various business use cases
- Work with large datasets to extract actionable insights and build predictive models
- Implement deep learning and machine learning algorithms using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate AI models into scalable products
- Research and stay up to date on the latest developments in AI, ML, and NLP
- Optimize models for performance and scalability in production environments
- Document model architecture, training process, and deployment details
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and business stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
- 0 2 years of experience in AI/ML engineering or related roles
- Strong programming skills in Python (preferred), R, or Java
- Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
- Experience with data wrangling, preprocessing, and feature engineering
- Proficiency in working with structured and unstructured data
- Understanding of deep learning, computer vision, reinforcement learning or generative ai (as applicable)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps tools is a plus
Preferred Skills
- Experience in healthcare or imaging (e.g., DICOM, HL7/FHIR)
- Knowledge of machine learning workflows and MLOps practices
- Experience with version control tools (e.g., Git)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Good communication and collaboration abilities
- Experience deploying models via APIs or microservices
