About The Role

We are seeking AI Engineers to join our fast-growing team and personally drive transformative AI solutions. This hybrid technologist and strategic partner role will design, develop, and implement bespoke solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), agentic frameworks, and cutting-edge AI orchestration technologies. This isn't just about coding—it's about deeply understanding customer challenges and crafting intelligent, scalable solutions that redefine how modern revenue teams operate.

What You Will Do

• Deliver End-to-End AI Solutions: Own technical delivery from concept to deployment, writing code, configuring systems, and troubleshooting to ensure measurable business impact.
• Remove Technical Blockers: Identify and resolve complex challenges across data integration, model deployment, and agent orchestration.
• Build Transformative AI Systems: Design and implement scalable production systems leveraging LLMs, intelligent agents, and contextual automation.
• Data Ownership: Design robust data models, build efficient pipelines, and integrate diverse datasets to power AI workflows.
• Drive Innovation: Push the boundaries of AI-native SaaS by developing bespoke intelligent agents and automating complex business processes.
• Trusted Partner: Collaborate directly with product and client teams to translate operational challenges into actionable technical requirements.
• Debug & Optimize: Conduct deep-dive debugging of system interactions, data flows, and AI model behaviors to ensure reliability.
• Prototype Rapidly: Build proofs-of-concept and MVPs, iterating quickly with feedback from stakeholders.
• Apply Best Practices: Ensure code quality, scalability, security, and maintainability across all deployed solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Strong background in Computer Science or related engineering discipline.
• Academic, internship, or professional experience in coding environments.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages (Python, JavaScript, Java, Node.js).
• Hands-on experience with AI/LLM technologies (integration, orchestration frameworks, prompt engineering).
• Experience in data modeling, processing, integration, and analytics (Snowflake, Databricks, PostgreSQL).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and SaaS environments.
• Demonstrated get-things-done attitude with a focus on fast delivery.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Preferred Qualification

• Experience with LangChain, OpenAI SDKs, or agentic frameworks.
• Exposure to conversational AI solutions in regulated industries.
• Certifications in AI, cloud, or security (AWS, GCP, Azure, or equivalent).
• Familiarity with CRM/GTM workflows (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
• Experience with modern frontend/backend stacks (React, Node.js, TypeScript) for AI-enabled applications.
