Position Overview

We are seeking a highly driven AI Engineer with 3 to 5 years of experience in

researching, designing, and integrating AI-based solutions within digital products. The

ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying relevant AI use cases, developing

proof-of-concepts, and implementing scalable AI models that enhance functionality

across multiple product lines including CRM, marketplace, contracts, and data

systems. You will collaborate closely with product, backend, and system architecture

teams to define and operationalize the AI roadmap for a connected proptech

ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Research and evaluate AI/ML technologies, frameworks, and APIs suitable for various

business use cases.

Design and develop prototypes or POCs to validate AI-driven features and workflows.

Implement and integrate AI models into production environments in collaboration

with engineering teams.

Identify opportunities for automation, prediction, recommendation, and

personalization within existing modules.

Work with structured and unstructured data to train, fine-tune, and optimize models.

Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to align AI initiatives

with overall product vision.

Stay up to date with the latest trends in AI/ML, LLMs, and generative AI tools to assess

potential adoption.

Evaluate and integrate third-party AI tools or APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face, Google

Vertex AI, AWS Bedrock).

Define metrics for evaluating model performance, user impact, and ROI of AI

features.

Document AI system design, implementation approach, and model lifecycle

management.

Technical Requirements

Strong programming skills in Python and experience with frameworks like TensorFlow,

PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.

Understanding of modern NLP, computer vision, and recommendation system

techniques.

Experience with integrating AI services via APIs or SDKs into full-stack applications.

Knowledge of cloud-based AI tools and services (AWS SageMaker, Azure AI, Google

Vertex AI).

Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, and retrieval-augmented generation

(RAG) methods.

Proficiency in working with REST APIs and microservice architectures.

Strong understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model

deployment pipelines.

Experience with prompt engineering and fine-tuning large language models is a plus.

Understanding of MLOps concepts and version control for model lifecycle

management.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related technical

field.

3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in building or integrating AI-based solutions into

products.

Proven ability to translate product requirements into actionable AI implementation

plans.

Experience in PropTech, CRM, or enterprise SaaS domains will be a plus.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with multidisciplinary

teams.

A Master's degree or certifications in AI/ML (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud AI Engineer)

would be an added advantage.
