We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Copilot Studio development, Azure AI Foundry, MCP, and Power BI, especially in data modeling, data migration, and fabric technologies. This role requires over seven years of professional experience and strong communication skills.

Role Overview

As an AI Engineer, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of AI solutions using Microsoft technologies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver intelligent systems, optimize data workflows, and ensure seamless integration across platforms.

Responsibilities

· Design and develop AI solutions using Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry.

· Implement and optimize data models in Power BI for advanced analytics and reporting.

· Lead data migration projects, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across systems.

· Apply fabric expertise to integrate and manage complex data environments.

· Utilize MCP knowledge to enhance AI and data-driven projects.

· Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.

· Document technical processes and provide training to team members as needed.

· Communicate results, challenges, and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.

Required Skills and Qualifications

· Over 5 years of experience in AI engineering, data analysis, or related fields.

· Expertise in Copilot Studio development and Azure AI Foundry.

· Strong knowledge of MCP and Microsoft AI technologies.

· Advanced skills in Power BI, including data modeling, data migration, and fabric integration.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

· Proven track record of delivering complex AI and data projects.
