Neatlogs is the multiplayer workspace for agent builders where developers and business teams collaborate to debug, improve, and deploy AI agents faster.

We're open-source, used by developers across CrewAI, LangGraph, LangChain, and LiteLLM ecosystems, and we're redefining how humans and AI build together.

As our Founding AI Engineer, you'll own the core intelligence layer building systems that interpret logs, structure feedback, and turn context into code fixes. You'll work closely with the founder on architecture, agent SDKs, and developer workflows.

What You'll Do

• Architect and scale core AI systems for agent feedback, debugging, and auto-fixes.
• Build integrations with agentic frameworks like LangGraph, CrewAI, and platforms like Slack, Notion etc.
• Experiment with evaluation frameworks, traces, and structured feedback loops.
• Ship fast: design, build, test, and iterate with users in real-time.
• Contribute to open-source, mentor new engineers, and shape the company culture.

We're Looking For

• 3-6 years of experience building production AI systems or devtools.
• Deep understanding of LLM orchestration, tracing, and prompt engineering.
• Strong in Python, FastAPI, TypeScript, Postgres, and vector databases.
• Preferably an ex-founder or early builder who has owned product from zero to one.
• Excited about open source, agents, and rethinking how humans collaborate with AI.
