Design and develop AI-powered copilots and chatbots using Microsoft Copilot Studio
- Build and manage intelligent workflows using Azure AI Foundry
- Implement Generative AI solutions using Azure OpenAI (LLMs)
- Create and manage conversation flows, intents, and topics
- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems (CRM, ITSM, ERP, APIs)
- Develop automation workflows using Power Platform (Power Automate)
- Ensure scalability, security, and performance of AI applications
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize AI model performance and user interactions
- Collaborate with business teams to translate requirements into AI solutions
