Build and deploy production‑grade LLM applications.
Design and optimize RAG systems (embeddings, vector search).
Develop AI agents capable of multi‑step reasoning and execution.
Work on context engineering to improve AI understanding of users.
Improve output quality via prompt engineering and evaluation loops.
Build APIs, backend systems, and data pipelines for AI features.
Optimize systems for scalability, latency, and reliability.

The Successful Applicant

A successful AI Engineer should have:

2-3 years of software/AI engineering experience.
Strong proficiency in Python.
Hands‑on experience with LLMs and applied AI systems.
Experience with RAG systems, embeddings, or retrieval workflows.
Ability to build and ship end‑to‑end AI features.
Understanding of backend systems and data pipelines.
Bonus: experience with prompt optimization or AI side projects.
