AI Engineer Lead

Lead the design and development of an autonomous Agent Runtime Engine that enables AI agents to perform complex reasoning and decision-making without human intervention.

Key Responsibilities

Build and scale the agent runtime engine for autonomous execution

Develop multi-agent systems and lifecycle management (spawn, monitor, scale)

Integrate LLMs with constraint systems for safe, compliant execution

Optimize resource allocation, auto-scaling, and cost efficiency

Implement monitoring, testing, audit logs, and explain ability frameworks

Ensure API-driven integration across platforms and services

Lead and mentor a team of AI/ML engineers, driving innovation and roadmap

Required Skills

AI/ML & LLMs: PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain, RAG, RLHF

Agent Systems: Multi-agent frameworks, autonomous reasoning

Cloud: AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, distributed systems

Monitoring: MLflow, Prometheus, observability tools

Programming: Python, Go, APIs, microservices

8+ years in AI/ML; 1+ year in agentic systems / LLMs in production.

Experience in product development environments; fintech domain exposure
