Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior AI Developer / Lead to build and lead the development of scalable AI, Generative AI, and LLM-based solutions. The role requires strong hands-on development skills along with technical leadership and team mentoring.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI/ML and Generative AI applications.
• Build LLM, RAG, chatbot, and AI agent solutions.
• Develop and optimize prompt engineering, embeddings, vector search, and model evaluation.
• Design scalable AI architectures and take solutions from POC to production.
• Integrate LLMs such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Gemini, or Anthropic.
• Build APIs and backend services using Python, FastAPI, or Flask.
• Work with vector databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, or Chroma.
• Deploy AI solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP using Docker/Kubernetes.
• Ensure AI solutions are secure, reliable, scalable, and cost-effective.
• Lead technical discussions, conduct code reviews, and mentor AI developers.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data, and Business teams.

Required Skills

• Strong Python programming skills.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML, Generative AI, and LLMs.
• Strong knowledge of RAG, NLP, embeddings, prompt engineering, and AI agents.
• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks.
• Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, SQL, databases, and backend development.
• Experience with at least one cloud platform: AWS / Azure / GCP.
• Good understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and MLOps.

• Mentor and guide junior/mid-level AI developers.
• Drive architecture and technical decisions.
