Key Deliverables

• Lead the creation and deployment of production-grade AI/ML solutions with a focus on GENAI capabilities.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Digital Workplace teams to shape architectural decisions and implement scalable AI/ML platforms.
• Drive thought leadership to advance the overall technology state and customer focus for the platform.
• Contribute to the enterprise-wide Data and AI/ML Strategy, defining best practices and fostering skill development.
• Partner with Digital Workplace technology teams to develop the next generation of generative solution platforms.
• Actively participate in agile team meetings and application reviews, providing constructive input.
• Strengthen collaboration with industry partners for robust data solutions and market research.

Essential Requirements

• Extensive knowledge and practical experience in building production-grade MLOps.
• Extensive knowledge of AI/ML, NLP, deep learning, and generative AI.
• Mandatory strong experience in scalability, large-scale distributed system designs to handle millions of requests, including reliability engineering and platform monitoring.
• Expertise in pre-processing and cleaning large datasets from multiple enterprise sources.
• Demonstrated ability to deploy language models in production environments and integrate them into applications.

Preferred Qualifications

• Enthusiasm for staying updated with advancements in AI, NLP, and large language models.
• A portfolio showcasing previous language model projects, open-source contributions, or relevant publications.
• Experience with various data architectures, Big Data technologies (Spark, Kafka, Hive), and cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure).
• Experience with visualization tools such as ElasticSearch, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Well-versed in Agile, SAFe, and Program Management methodologies.
