About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and innovative AI Engineer to join our growing Artificial Intelligence team. This role sits at the intersection of data science and software engineering, focusing on building, deploying, and scaling modern AI systems.
You will work hands-on with cutting-edge technologies such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Agentic Frameworks, and On-Premise Large Language Models (LLMs) to develop robust, enterprise-grade applications.

Key Responsibilities
AI/ML Development & Deployment
- Develop, test, and deploy scalable machine learning models and AI systems into production following modern engineering practices.
Generative AI Implementation
- Design and build AI solutions using RAG pipelines, on-premise LLMs, and agent-based frameworks.
Prompt Engineering & Innovation
- Develop and refine prompting strategies; collaborate with researchers and engineers to improve GenAI performance and outputs.
System Reliability & Optimization
- Monitor production models, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve performance, accuracy, and efficiency.
Standards & Best Practices
- Contribute to defining AI development standards, governance, and security practices within the organization.
Agile Collaboration
- Actively participate in Agile/Scrum processes across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Cross-functional Communication
- Clearly communicate technical concepts to internal teams and external stakeholders.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Education
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or a related field.
Experience
- 23 years of hands-on experience in software development, machine learning, or AI engineering.
Core Fundamentals
- Strong understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA).
- Basic knowledge of Computer Vision is a plus.
Generative AI Expertise
- Practical experience with:
- RAG pipelines
- On-premise LLMs (e.g., Llama, Mistral)
- Agentic frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI)
DevOps & Cloud
- Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
Soft Skills
- Strong problem-solving mindset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Bonus Skills (Good to Have)
- Experience working on AI solutions in the Healthcare domain
- Exposure to real-world production AI systems or deployments
