Required Qualifications:
3+ years of hands on experience in AI/ML with proven projects using Transformers (eg., BERT, GPT, T5, VITs, Small LLMs)
Strong proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch or TensorFlow)
Ability to independently analyze open sources and code repositories
Experience in fine-tuning Transformer models for NLP (e.g., text classification, summarization) or Computer Vision (e.g., image generation, recognition)
Knowledge of GPU acceleration, optimization techniques, and model quantization
Experience in deploying models using Flask, FastAPI, or cloud-based inference services
Familiarity with data pre-processing, feature engineering, and training workflows
