We are hiring AI Engineer with strong hand on exposure as Full stack for minimum 3 years. Candidate should be good with AI agent frameworks, Gen AI Protocols (MCP, A2A, etc). Must have exposure on NLP/AI/ML, including at least 1 year focusing on Gen AI. Should be good with transforming prototypes into production solutions with best practices for both development and deployment. Should be team player with good cross-cultural skills to work in international team.
Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
The AI Engineer will serve as a technical expert in the fields of AIML,NLP, LLM & deeper understanding and experience in Software Engineering. The primary responsibilities of this role will include:
- Work as a technical expert with extensive knowledge in Traditionalism, RAG, Agent, Chatbot and other AI areas.
- Transforming prototypes into production solutions with best practices for both development and deployment.
- Developing and maintaining software applications and systems that incorporate (Gen)AI and machine learning components
- Focus on AI Solution scalability, efficiency, and real-time processing, while maintaining the integrity of the underlying data science principles
- Supporting the operation of the solutions involves, observability, troubleshooting and bug fixing, as well as implementing change requests to ensure that the solutions continue to meet user requirements.
- Be involved in AI infrastructure maintenance & supporting user queries related to the AI tools
Your Profile
Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
- Masters or Bachelors Degree in Computer Science/Mathematics/Statistics or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in NLP/AI/ML, including at least 1 year focusing on Gen AI (e.g. RAG, Agents).
- Experience working with AI agent frameworks, Gen AI Protocols (MCP,A2A, etc)
- Awareness of Gen AI APPs evaluation, tracing, monitoring, and debugging techniques
- 3+ years of experience in Software Engineering & Development cycles(CI/CD) with proficiency in scripting languages, particularly Python.
- Strong experience with Frontend Frameworks (React, etc)
- Solid backend development experience using Python (Fast API, Flask etc.)
- Good understanding and experience of Kubernetes / OpenShift Platform.
- Highly motivated, structured and methodical with high degree of self-initiative
- Team player with good cross-cultural skills to work in international team
